In 2020 Anderson won the Canadian park title while placing 10 th in street. He finished his year with a pair of park events, finishing 14 th at the ANOC World Beach Games and 24 th at the World Skate OI STU Open He also competed in both disciplines at the World Championships, making the park quarterfinals. He improved his results at the Mystic Sk8 Cup from the year prior, finishing fifth in park and 16 th in street. He competed in both street and park at the Dew Tour Long Beach, making the quarterfinals in park. He added a fifth-place finish at the Jackalope Festival before making his World Championships debut where he finished 21 st in the semifinals.Īnderson signed with Powell-Peralta in 2019 and began his pro career by making the semifinal at the Vans Park Series Pro Tour China and the quarterfinal in his Street League debut in London. He finished sixth at both the Continental Championships and the Nitro World Games. He competed in both street and park at the Mystic Sk8 Cup, making the finals in the latter. In 2018, Anderson narrowly missed out on his first podium at The Boardr Am in New York, coming fourth in the park competition. He came 11 th at the 2017 Vans Park Series Americas Continental Championships and added another top-10 finish in park at the Jackalope Festival later that year. While still competing as an amateur, he finished fifth and then fourth at the Zumiez Best Foot Forward Vancouver in 20. Andy Anderson has made a name for himself in the park event with his unique style and deep bag of tricks.
